OUR SERVICES
THE HOME BUYING PROCESS
What Can You Afford?
Some buyers pay cash for their home, but most need to finance.
If you need a mortgage, here are a few tips to get you started:
BEFORE you begin looking at homes:
Get a Preapproval Letter for the home price
and loan a lender will likely approve you for.
(required to make an offer)Ask us for suggested lenders. At any given time, we may have a preferred lender that offers closing credits or discounted interest rates for our clients.
DECIDE WHAT YOU NEED & WANT
Search
We can search for homes matching your preferences and send you listings. We can also set up a personal home search website for you that categorizes your listings for an easier, more organized experience.
Look
Once you decide to let us represent you, we’ll take you to look at homes. Proper protocol: Don’t contact the listing/seller’s agent of a home. We’ll communicate with the seller’s agent on your behalf.
Offer
We’ll do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to suggest a reasonable offer price. We will fill out, submit, negotiate, and revise the contract on your behalf.
Contract & Closing
Once the final contract is agreed upon, we will:
Assist you to schedule inspections, appraisal, survey
Negotiate repairs and credits with the seller
Guide you through your loan approval process
Help with any unexpected complications
Remind you to have insurance, utilities, and home warranty in place
Review closing documents
Guide you through closing at the title company, where you’ll sign paperwork, provide your portion of payment, and receive keys to your new home!
Individual agents may vary from the above and/or tailor their services specifically to your requests.
Our company does not endorse or receive any compensation or kickbacks from any service provider you choose.
